BOOKING + ARRIVAL

**Please note a credit card is required at the time of reserving your appointment, this will be collected via our app or over the phone at time of booking. By placing your card on file you are giving Wink Salon & Spa consent to charge the card on file in the event you late cancel or no show for your appointment. A $50 service retainer is required for appointments 2 hours and over, please note this charge will be deducted from your final total. Please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hour will result in a 100% charge of the full treatment price. If you fail to appear for your appointment, with no call to reschedule we will not rebook you in the future.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will ensure that you may relax and receive your full salon/spa experience. You will be asked to fill in a short digital consultation form upon arrival. 

  • Please note that this form is strictly confidential, so please advise us of any medical conditions or prescription medications that may contraindicate your experience.

Age Requirement 

  • Salon guests under 13 are not permitted without a parent attending their appointment​.

  • Children are not permitted to attend within our spa.

The Spa At Wink Rules + Etiquette 

  • Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

  • Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests.

  • We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones when entering our spa suite.

  • Absolutely NO pets are allowed on Wink premises, with the exception of  specifically trained service dogs  ​

  • 24 Hour Service Guarantee: Should a client be unsatisfied with their service they must notify Wink within 24 hours of receiving their service. The client is always welcome to come back to the spa and see the stylist that performed the original service at no charge to the client or technician. Please note We do not cover any costs for outside mediation of unsatisfied services. Any client who is unhappy and waits longer than 24 hours of receiving a service to notify the spa that they are unsatisfied will be charged a full service fee to solve.​ 

  • Services rendered cannot be refunded*​

  • There are no cash/credit back refunds. if management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated amount.

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to any valuables. Should you feel the need to bring valuables with you to the spa, please keep them with you during all services.

PRICES POLICY:

  • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

RETAIL ITEMS

 Due to sanitation purposes all retail and boutique items are final sale. No exchange, return or refunds on any products sold or purchased by Wink Salon+ Spa.

  • Exchanges are welcome to those who have experienced a product that has malfunctioned or is broken. please notify us within 24 hours and we will happy to exchange for the SAME product.

Gratuity:

  • Wink does not accept gratuities on credit cards. Cash, VENMO accepted.
