Position Overview:

​

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first and last impression of our brand. This individual will oversee guest reception, appointment management, retail transactions, and daily operational flow.

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage appointment booking, confirmations, and scheduling efficiency

  • Handle phone inquiries with confidence

  • Process payments and retail transactions accurately

  • Support service providers with smooth daily flow and communication

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and guest areas

  • Promote services, retail, and offerings when appropriate

  • Uphold brand standards in presentation, communication, and hospitality
     

Qualifications:

​

  • Prior front desk, salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Comfort with booking software and POS systems

  • Ability to work some weekends

  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
