Position Overview
As a Hair Stylist, you will deliver high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming, luxury experience for every client. We’re looking for someone who is both technically skilled and deeply committed to client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring and styling

• Perform thorough consultations to understand client goals

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

• Follow all salon policies, sanitation, and safety standards

• Be a team player

Qualifications

​

• Valid MA cosmetology license

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience 

• Strong technical skills in cutting and coloring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
