Membership in the rewards program is free and available to any individual who: (a) possesses the legal authority to agree to the Program Rules; (b) provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in the rewards Program; (c) is not already a member of the rewards Program (i.e., does not already have a registered Account); and (d) has not previously been terminated from the Loyalty Program.

If a client is terminated from receiving services and or treatments provided by Wink Salon and Spa, the reward Program is thus terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no Award claims will be honored after the conclusion termination
